Hello,
According to our last meeting,we agreed to meet again on 4th Dec 2016,at COUNTRY HOTEL(opposite pipeline junction) at 1600hrs.
Attended members agrees every member to accompany with two seventy shillings 270/- where one hundred shillings 100/- is for monthly contributions,one hundred shillings 100/- is for the party and seventy shillings 70/- is for emergency and sitting allowance respectively.
We expect a huge turn up of members because it maybe the last meeting of the year. Also our financial statements will be vividly shown to every member on the same day.
Jovial and happy merry Christmas 🎅 to all BULALA members.

Ratiba ya kongamano itakuwa kuhusu sherehe za desemba,Tikiti za usafiri na Repoti kutoka kwa mweka hazina. Pia waombwa uje na zalio zote utaiwazo na chama.
Itakuwa vyema k**a utafika wewe mwenyewe bila kuchelewa wala kutumana.

Good morning,
You're requested to avail yourself for BULALA monthly meeting that will be held on 9th of Oct 2016 at SHINERS ACADEMY(1400hrs).
Remember to carry 500/- for a member whose dad passed last month,100/- for monthly contributions and 50/- for emergency and 10/- for sitting allowance. Inform all members to attend coz we will have a serious penalty for those who will be absent without a reasonable permission.
