The National Assembly has passed the Roads Amendment Bill sponsored by Samburu West MP Hon. Naisula Lesuuda. The proposed legislation seeks to strengthen road infrastructure by providing for safer pedestrian walkways, dedicated cycling lanes, and improved crossing facilities. The Bill aims to enhance accessibility, safety, and mobility for all road users, including pedestrians, cyclists, persons with disabilities, and motorists.
