Sales and Marketing Officer –One Position MACHAKOS
The officer will be reporting to the Principal officer and will be responsible for the following activities within the Keysons Branch Network
Responsibilities
• Preparation of Company Sales Budgets
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Renewal of existing Customer Business and generation of new direct Sales
• Overseeing Sales and Marketing Campaigns internally and externally
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Supervise and Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing
• Ability to prepare timely presentations and reports tailored to the audience needs
• 25 Years and above and not older than 35 years
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Proven work experience as a sales representative will be an added advantage
