In March this year my mum started feeling unwell,she lost her appetite and had problems with her chest as well, she visited several hospitals including Ruiru and Kiambu without any noticeable change even after medication,when she got worse we took her to Uhai neema where we were then referred to KU,at KU they did alot of tests on her (I will not lie there services are great)The doctors diagnosed her with LUPUS and autoimmune conditions where the immune system attacks the organs,the doctors went ahead to tell us that the disease had actually damaged her Kidneys and she urgently needs to start dialysis

The following weeks were difficult she had to be fed by a tube,at times she would be unresponsive for days,she came very close to spending time in the ICU,it was a very dark time for us as a family

Things however took a took a turn and she started showing signs of improvement it has now been two months and my mum has fully recovered,she will continue with dialysis as the kidneys were damaged but she is well

The reason I shared with is due to the fact that we have been left with a huge bill to clear,I do not have a sibling and we do not have land we can sell or a tittle ,I am hence appealing to any well wishers and people of Goodwill
