A. Biashara Loan

1. Save for three consecutive months

2. First loan will be given 3 times your savings

3. First Loan will be in category of Kshs 10,000 to Kshs 100,000 which is payable within a period of 6 months. Interest is 1% per month

4. The second loan will be in category of Kshs 100,000 to Kshs 200,000 which is payable within a period of 12 months. Interest is 1% per month

5. The third loan will be in category of Kshs 200,000 to Kshs 500,000 which is payable within a period of 24months

B. Asset Finance

1. We finance 60% of the value of the asset

2. Clients save 40% fir 3 months and above

3. Interest is 1% per month

4. Client choose the asset of their choice
