Always be careful with the amount of silicone being used on the parts that you're replacing on the car. Overtime, silicone always degrades and it's always bad for your engine. As soon as it enters your engine components be rest assured that disaster will strike you when you least expect. Always be cautious with how much silicone is being applied to the parts that need it. This will protect you from future cries. As you know engines are expensive and any problems related to it is always painstaking. Kaa rada, usijikute kwa shida!

This weekend has been a very wonderful one. I had a graduation ceremony for a course that I had been pursuing for the last three months. What a joy indeed. I want to thank my garage team including my boss Bwana Atsulu for all the support you've accorded me during this journey. I also thank my parents and family for the support they've given me. Not forgetting friends and most Importantly God who has shown me mercy, compassion and given me the knowledge and wisdom to pursue the education. On to the next!

As usual, everyday before we start our day, we always have production meetings and briefings. Here, we talk about the previous day's work and any improvements that we might need to do on the new day. We assess our priorities and make sure that we start off on a positive note. One thing I've learnt about my team is that they are very cooperative and always willing to learn and relearn somethings. Working with them is absolute fun and productive. Not forgetting our cameraman who is also a technician. He's always joking but very serious when it comes to work.

Yesterday Frank Okoth foundation, in conjunction with The Big 4, Driveway Mechanic KE, and some other serious stake holders participated in a birthday celebration with street families. We supported them with clothes donations and food. We are looking forward to creating a shelter home for them. This goes to say that we don't forget the humanity in us. We should always be ready to serve others kwanza.
