Très beau kakejiku ("kakemono") représentant en sumie (dessin à l'encre de Chine) "Daruma" le célèbre patriarche du bouddhisme Zen Bodhidharma. Avec la calligraphie d'accompagement 七転八起 "Nana-korobi ya-oki" ("Trébucher sept fois, se relever huit fois"), signé par l'artiste. Vendu avec sa boite en bois de rangement. Excellent état !

Belle estampe originale (époque Meiji 1868-1912) montrant Fujiwara no Yasumasa (958-1036) jouant de la flûte au clair de lune. Derrière lui, un voleur s'apprête à l'attaquer mais Yasumasa, renommé pour sa bravour, l'a déjà repéré et ne laisse aucune "ouverture" à son assaillant... Cette estampe illustre une scène du célèbre récit "Ujishûi monogatari". (21 x 28 cm)

Rare : Kokeshi artisanale représentant le Bodhisattva Kannon (divinité bouddhique) dans laquelle est enchâssé un petit rouleau de papier (non ouvert mais très probablement un sûtra). A l'image des statues bouddhiques qui contiennent souvent des reliques ou des textes sacrés.

Rare: Kokeshi representing the Bodhisattva Kannon (Buddhist deity) in which is embedded a small roll of paper (not open but most likely a sutra). Like the Buddhist statues, which often contain relics or sacred texts.

Très rare joli kiseru ancien (fin XIXème siècle), dont les embouts sont en porcelaine d'Imari finement décoré. Ce kiseru était utilisé et peut encore l'être, mais il s'agit d'une pièce rare pour amateur ou collectionneur !

VERY RARE! Nice ancient kiseru pretty (late 19th century) which tips are made of Imari porcelain finely decorated. This kiseru was used and may still be, but it is a rare item, collector piece.
