SOLAの指針は、この17項目のほぼすべてに貢献できるものです。
そのアプローチは国連やそれぞれの国では、貧困層の多い地域や階層などの統計的集団を対象にしています。
私たちSOLAは違うアプローチをとります。
「貧困層の中の個人や小さいグループを対象に、
対象者が貧困問題の具体的課題の中で何を改善すれば、
中間所得層以上の個性的才能や能力の発揮ができる状態になるか。」
に焦点を当てます。
その試みは最初は、ごく限られた成功例しか生まないでしょう。
しかし、その成功例を注意深く分析することにより、
その成果をほかのプログラムに生かし、
それによって貧困層脱出人数を確実に積み上げます。
ですから、そのプログラムの公開と、たゆまぬ改善手段を提供し続けます。
これによって貧困層の人口は加速度的に減少するサイクルに入ると信じます。
その加速させる仕組みは、いたって簡素です。
「貧困層の誰かを中間所得層以上に引き上げる」ことができた、あるいは挑戦した「資産運用をしている個人・法人」に、その実績を評価したポイントを与え、彼らの運用利回りにインセンティブをつける事です。
それにより、彼らは更に富を増やすことができる、と同時に、彼らが支援して貧困層を脱した人たちは、貧困ゆえにできなかった（より高い教育の享受や、自らの才能を自由に使うことや、起業・社会貢献・文化の発展などに寄与するなど）チャレンジにより、より社会を活性化させ、同時に／あるいは経済活性化を導くでしょう。
このことは国連が目指す内容をSOLAの提案が別の角度や分野からさらに加速させることにつながるのです。

SOLA guidelines:
We believe we can accelerate the eradication of poverty, a common dream of human beeing on the earth, by creating a mechanism to reduce poverty while accelerating economic activities.

The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has the following 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

Goal 11: Town development that allows people to continue living

Goal 17: Achieve the goal through partnerships
The SOLA guidelines can contribute to almost all of these 17 items.
The approach in the United Nations and in each country is aimed at statistical groups, such as the poor and the poor.
We SOLA take a different approach.
What we focus on is "We are based on targeting individuals and small groups of the poor. They are ready to demonstrate their individual talents and abilities. Above the middle income level, they can specifically improve poverty."
Initially, that attempt will produce very limited success.

The acceleration mechanism is quite simple.
All you need to do is to give “individuals and companies that manage assets” a performance assessment of whether they can “nurture poor people in the middle- and higher-income class” and reflect them in investment yield incentives.
It allows them to increase their wealth further, but at the same time, those who have supported and escaped the poverty could not (because they enjoy higher education and use their talents freely,and contribute to entrepreneurship, social contribution, cultural development, etc.) will help to revitalize society and / or lead to economic revitalization.
This leads to further acceleration of the proposal of SOLA from another angle and field by the UN.
