Jersey's Fittest Jersey's Fittest is a fitness event like no other. Jersey’s Fittest will be Jerseys Premier test to find the fittest school in Jersey.

Jerseys Fittest will pit school against school; individual against individual in a physical battle based on a fitness phenomenon that has taken the world by storm, and importantly all in aid in of a fantastic local charity, Les Amis. Using gruelling CrossFit games style workouts, world renowned as a test for the world’s toughest athletes, and a thrilling experience for spectators. Jersey Fittest w

as created to fill a void that no other true test of fitness could compare against. They allow a true and accurate test of fitness spread over a much wider range of abilities. Jerseys Fittest will be heats will beheld in the school with the final held at fort regent in June. After a weekend of intense activity, the Island’s fittest school will be crowned. Unlike the CrossFit games though, where athletes are not told of the challenges until shortly before the competition, we will give you 5 weeks to train specifically for Saturdays heats and 2 weeks to train for the finals on the Sunday. The teams will consist of boys or girls, where females will be sufficiently scaled to ensure a fair competition. Its a fantastic opportunity to not only push yourself to the limits, but also raise money for a fabulous charity that does so much for our local community, Les Amis. I wanted to say a big thank you to all the judges for all your help, without you, we couldnt of put the event on.

I want to thank Shaun of Les Amis for coming down on both days and supporting the competitors.

Thank you to the t-shirt man, who turned the shirts and jumpers around in amazingly quick time. I can not recommend his services enough. He goes above and beyond!

Thank you so much to the spectators for coming down and cheering on your teams.

Lastly, to all the competitors, my hats go off to you all... I lay the challenge down to anyone that thinks that they could do better.

We will be putting on more events in 2016, so watch this space.
