Next week marks the start of our annual team challenge in support of Jersey Stroke Support.

Last May, we achieved an incredible 18 million steps to help raise awareness and funds. This year, we are going even further, with the efforts of our cyclists and swimmers being recognised - so every kilometre and every step counts!

Stay tuned as teams compete to travel the furthest “around the world” from the office. We look forward to sharing how far we go and how much we raise for Jersey Stroke Support.

Mental Health Awareness Week

Today we proudly took part in Wear It Green Day 💚 A simple but powerful way to show our support for the Mental Health awareness. It was a great opportunity to bring the team together, enjoy some pastries and raise funds for Mind Jersey.

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme is ‘take action: to support good mental health’. So, to enhance our wellbeing this week, we have been treated to acupressure chair massages by Boost - a moment to feel relaxed and support both mental and physical health.

Happy Liberation Day.

Today we celebrate the Islanders who stood firm for our freedom.

When Jersey’s way of life was disrupted during the Occupation in 1940, many local businesses were forced to close. Alexander E Picot and his team, however, worked selflessly to continue keeping the firm operating.

Today, we remember Alexander E Picot with deep gratitude for his resilience during the Occupation years, and we are proud to remain guided by the same values that continue to shape our firm today.

We’re excited to introduce Alex Picot Trust’s newly formed CSR committee, ‘The Do-Good Crew’, dedicated to driving our charity, volunteering, community, and environmental initiatives.

Over the past months, they have arranged fundraising initiatives, met with local charities to learn more about their upcoming projects and how we can support them, and organised volunteering opportunities for our team to make use of their volunteering day. There is plenty more to come and we look forward to sharing updates throughout the year.

We’re also delighted to be continuing our involvement with Greening Jersey, contributing to environmental recovery and the rewilding of Jersey through collaboration across the financial services industry. We look forward to rolling up our sleeves and volunteering alongside National Trust Jersey and Jersey Trees for Life.
