Looking back at a successful BRRR early on in the year. This was a small 1 bedroom cottage that was not mortgageable. I had previously offered my cash offer however the vendor chose to go with a higher mortgaged offer and when I rang the agent a month later the deal had fallen through and my offer was then accepted. Another example of why you should always follow up your offers! I teamed up with a good friend throughout the process on this one which made the refurb and process really effortless. When the pot builds up from this one I am sure we will go again πβοΈ @ St. Helier, Jersey
