SEWS CABIND ALBANIA (SEWS CA) was one of the local businesses that took part in a meeting held at Sektori i Risisë Rinore COD (Center for Openness and Dialogue) with around 50 students from Technical Institutes. The aim was to provide students with information and insights about various career options, industries, and professions, helping them to understand the skills and education required, and make informed decisions about their future studies.
Jaho Drilona, HR Senior Specialist at SEWS CA comments: “It was a productive moment with the students. We presented our company, and there was keen interest from the teachers, who expressed their intention to guide their students — once they turn 18 — towards companies where they can carry out internships and possibly secure full-time employment. This could open up new opportunities for collaboration and strengthen the connection between education and the working world.”
