DL Software expands business towards new industry with the acquisition of Egide Informatique and its subsidiary Vestalink, software publishers for Real estate professionals.
Already acting in 4 industries - Healthcare, Wholesale, Retail and Tourism - DL Software will now also address the Real estate market thanks to the acquisition of Egide Informatique, which designs and sells modular solutions for commercial, residential and social housing players.
The company experiences strong growth and reached €m 7 sales in 2018.
This acquisition represents the 4th build-up completed by DL Software under 21 Invest’s tenure, since 2017.
Managing Partners Stéphane Perriquet and Fabrice Voituron comment: “We are pleased to add a new industry specific software to DL Software’s portfolio and to pursue our active buy-and-build strategy as anticipated in our initial investment thesis. Egide’s state-of-art solutions and continuous strive for innovation will assert the Group’s presence in this industry.

François Barbier becomes CEO of 21 Invest France, succeeding Gérard Pluvinet who joins the Supervisory Board.
Two other appointments support the new Management team configuration. Stéphane Perriquet, Managing Partner since 2011, becomes Deputy General Manager and Fabrice Voituron, Partner since 2016 becomes Managing Partner.
The Management team, made up of François Barbier, Stéphane Perriquet, Fabrice Voituron and Antoine Vigneron, is notably in charge of Fund V, which is already 50% invested, and focuses on three preferred sectors that are Business services, Technology and Healthcare.
Since the end of the fundraising in November 2018, four new investments have been completed, of which three primary transactions, perfectly in line with the fund's strategy: ProductLife Group, FMA Assurances, LV Overseas and Landanger (to be closed in early July). Meanwhile DL Software, the fund's first investment, has shown excellent performance since acquisition.

21 Invest France entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire LV Overseas, third investment of its latest Fund raised.
LV Overseas is a freight forwarding specialist with core business in the overseas territories.
The Group reaches €M 152 sales in 2018 with a solid profitability thanks to a comprehensive range of services to manage door-to-door transport.

With the support of 21 Invest France LV Overseas aims to assert its leading position in the overseas territories, expand its geographic coverage and extend its service offering through organic growth but also build-ups.

French Managing Partner Stéphane Perriquet , comments: “LV Overseas is the perfect example of the type of company we are looking for: strong resilience and steady organic growth in a market with many acquisition opportunities. We are delighted to accompany Philippe Massot and his team in
accelerating the development of the group.".
