How does it work: you need first to draw your fields on the web-app, then place the sensors in the field, activate them and automati
cally they will start uploading information on the web-app, where you can see real time data and receive insights on your fields. Only 1 sim card is needed, with amazing saving of connection costs. Network is based on multi-hop technology which means that there is a "master" node that upload information, while other sensors are transmitting information to it off-line. Multi-hop technology makes idroplan suitable for applications in countries with almost no or low internet coverage. In particular, looking at Food industry, companies can provide suppliers with these sensors to monitor status of the crops. As is happening for the Insurance industry with Telematics products, also Food Companies can recognize them a premium price for installing this kind of devices.
