هل فعلا يوجد دور أساسي وفاعل لاعلى سلطة رقابية في العراق وهو ديوان الرقابة المالية الذي كان ولا يزال ذو سمعة جيدة ويتمتع بالنزاهة وانه صاحب الاختصاص في هذا الشأن ؟ والسؤال المهم لماذا تم تهميشه في وقت حاجة البلد الماسة له ؟!
