In response to an invitation from the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences, Mr. Hakim Sarhan, member of the Iraqi Parliament, presented on 28 January 2016 a seminar entitled Financial Crisis in Baghdad which faculty members and the evening students of the Department attended. During the seminar some queries and comments were raised about the crisis between the Iraqi government in general and the government of Kurdistan region in particular.
