✅ +235.2% in total order value
✅ +173% in customer base
✅ 24.7% faster delivery (from 17.26 to 13 days)
And even after a strong Q4, our growth continued:
✅ +20% in orders (Q1 2025 vs Q4 2024)
✅ +15% in order value
These results highlight growing trust, convenience, and our commitment to delivering a seamless shopping experience.

We’ve seen a clear move away from cash and toward digital transactions (Q1 2025 vs Q1 2024):
📉 Cash Payments
From 69.85% ➡️ 36.16%
📈 Digital Banking
From 30.15% ➡️ 63.84%
We’ve seen a dramatic shift toward digital banking, reducing reliance on cash and improving transaction speed and security.
Our secure, easy-to-use digital payments—especially through First Iraqi Bank—have become the preferred choice, growing from 13.61% in Q1 2024 to 58.72% in Q1 2025. This shows increased trust and adoption of digital financial services in our ecosystem.
