وقد شهد الملتقى عروضا ملهمة قدمتها الفرق من قسم الموارد البشریة، سلطت الضوء على قصص النجاح والمبادرات المستدامة التي تهدف إلى ترسيخ ثقافة التطوير المستمر وروح العمل الجماعي في المجموعة.
واختتمت الفعالية بتكريم الكفاءات الاستثنائية من كوادرنا في الموارد البشریة و الإدارية في مجموعة حلبجة تقديرا لعطائهم و خدمتهم.

The Group HR Department at Halabja Group proudly hosted this year’s Annual HR & Administration Gathering, bringing together HR and Administration professionals from across the Group to review key achievements and discuss future objectives and initiatives.

During the gathering, HR teams presented major accomplishments, success stories, and ongoing initiatives focused on strengthening organizational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the Group.

The General Supervisor of Educational and Academic Institutions

Today (April 29, 2026), in the presence of Dr. Akam Kamal Ghafoor (Group Executive Director) and Mr. Paiwand Yassin Marf (Group Human Resources Manager), Professor Dr. Raouf Karim Mahmoud (General Supervisor of Educational and Academic Institutions) was introduced to Mrs. Sozan Tawfiq Hama (General Manager of Komar Montessori International Nursery and Kindergarten) and Mrs. Munira Omar Hassan (Director of Komar International School).
This step aims to expand and strengthen the position of existing institutions, as well as broaden the scope of educational and academic projects of the Halabja Group, in accordance with a strategy and plan that aligns with the integrity and quality of our ongoing work and our community's desire to achieve the highest level of scientific and educational development and personal growth for students at Halabja Group centers.

وەک گوزارشتێک لە مانگی هۆشیاریی بەرەنگاربوونەوەی فشار، گروپی هەڵەبجە سیمینارێکی تایبەتی ڕێکخست لەژێر ناونیشانی (تەندروستیی دەروونی و بەڕێوەبردنی فشار لە شوێنی کار)، کە تێیدا زانیاری و تەکنیکی نوێ بە پێی زانستی دەروونناسی هاوچەرخ پێشکەشکرا.
ئەم هەنگاوە لە سۆنگەی باوەڕی پتەومانەوە دێت بەوەی کە فەراهەمکردنی ژینگەیەکی کاری تەندروست، بنەمای سەرەکییە بۆ بەرزکردنەوەی ئاستی بەرهەمهێنان و بونیادنانی سەرچاوە مرۆییەکان.

بمناسبة شهر التوعية بالإجهاد، أقامت مجموعة حلبجة ندوة مميزة بعنوان (الصحة النفسية وإدارة ضغوط العمل)، قدمت خلالها حلولاً وتقنيات متطورة وفقاً لمعايير علم النفس المعاصر. تعكس هذه المبادرة رؤيتنا في أن بيئة العمل السليمة هي المحرك الرئيسي لتعزيز الأداء وبناء رأس المال البشري.

In light of Stress Awareness Month, Halabja Group organized a specialized seminar entitled 'Mental Health and Stress Management in the Workplace,' where the latest insights and techniques in contemporary psychology were presented. This initiative stems from our firm belief that fostering a healthy work environment is the fundamental cornerstone for enhancing productivity and developing our human resources.
