Every voice matters, and every opinion has the potential to create awareness and inspire positive change.

मी, विनय दडमल, जगातील कोणत्याही देशात राहणाऱ्या, कोणत्याही वयोगटातील, कोणत्याही धर्मातील किंवा व्यवसायातील व्यक्तींना नम्र विनंती करतो की त्यांनी सोशल मीडिया, वृत्तपत्रे, ब्लॉग, व्हिडिओ, पॉडकास्ट, सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रम, शैक्षणिक संस्था, सामाजिक मंच किंवा उपलब्ध असलेल्या कोणत्याही माध्यमातून आपल्या विचारांची मांडणी करावी.

मैं, विनय दडमल, दुनिया के किसी भी देश में रहने वाले, किसी भी आयु वर्ग, धर्म, भाषा या पेशे से जुड़े सभी लोगों से विनम्र अनुरोध करता हूँ कि वे सोशल मीडिया, समाचार पत्रों, ब्लॉग, वीडियो, पॉडकास्ट, जनसभाओं, शैक्षणिक संस्थानों, सामुदायिक मंचों या किसी भी उपलब्ध माध्यम से अपने विचार साझा करें।

Subject: Proposal for Promoting Family Bonding through Salary Sharing Scheme in Union Budget 2026
Respected Madam/Sir,
I, Vinay Dadmal, resident of 55 First Floor, Swarajnagar, Behind Omkarnagar, Manewada Ring Road, Nagpur – 440027, humbly submit the following proposal for your kind consideration in the upcoming Union Budget 2026.
India has long been celebrated for its strong family values and deep-rooted traditions of mutual support and emotional bonding within households. In the spirit of reinforcing these values and promoting financial transparency and shared responsibility between spouses, I propose the introduction of a “Family Salary Sharing Scheme” under the budgetary framework.
Proposal Summary:
• Objective: To strengthen family bonding and financial cooperation between spouses.
• Mechanism:
o 10% of the monthly salary of every male government and non-government employee to be automatically deposited into his wife’s bank account.
o Similarly, 10% of the monthly salary of every female government and non-government employee to be automatically deposited into her husband’s bank account.
• Scope:
o Applicable to all salaried individuals in India, both in the public and private sectors.
o Participation may be voluntary initially, with incentives for early adopters, and can be reviewed for broader implementation based on impact assessment.
• Benefits:
o Encourages financial transparency and trust between spouses.
o Promotes joint financial planning and shared responsibility.
o Strengthens the social fabric by reinforcing traditional family values.
o Empowers non-working spouses with financial inclusion and independence.
Implementation Suggestions:
• Integration with existing payroll systems and Aadhaar-linked bank accounts.
• Tax incentives or rebates for participating couples.
• Periodic review and feedback mechanisms to assess social and economic impact.
I sincerely believe that this initiative will contribute positively to the socio-economic development of our nation by fostering stronger family units and promoting inclusive financial practices.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your kind attention a critical issue regarding the handling of
cheque dishonour cases by banks in India.
Currently, when a cheque is dishonoured, banks mention only the primary
reason (e.g., "signature mismatch") and do not disclose if insufficient funds was
also a contributing factor. This practice can lead to legal ambiguity, especially in
cases where the drawer may have acted with dishonest intent, and where Section
138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act could otherwise be invoked.
�� My humble request:
I urge the Ministry and the RBI to issue clear guidelines to all banks, requiring them
to:
1. Check for insufficient funds in every cheque dishonour case, regardless of
other reasons.
2. Mention all applicable reasons for dishonour in the return memo, including
both technical and financial grounds.
This will help:
 Ensure transparency in banking operations.
 Empower payees with accurate legal grounds for action.
 Strengthen the enforcement of Section 138 of the NI Act, which is vital for
maintaining trust in financial transactions.
I hope you will consider this suggestion in the interest of justice and financial
accountability.

The Duty to Act: A Citizen’s Pledge Against Injustice

“If there is injustice, then I am guilty — because I have done nothing.”

I am not a spectator in the story of my nation. I am a participant. And I refuse to be silent when silence becomes complicity.

India does not lack laws. It lacks logical minds in the right places, and citizens who act with courage and clarity. Whether elected or selected, those in power must use it correctly, justly, and without delay. But power alone cannot build a nation — principled thinking must guide it.

I believe in natural justice, not procedural delay. I believe in zero tolerance for wrongdoing, not endless second chances. I believe that every citizen shares the guilt of injustice if they choose comfort over action.

So I pledge:

To speak out — in courts, in communities, in conversations

To draft, propose, and push for rules that serve the people

To hold institutions accountable, not just criticize them

To inspire others to think, act, and reform — not just react

Let this be the beginning of a movement — not of noise, but of nation-building through logic, law, and moral clarity.

मी नैसर्गिक न्यायावर विश्वास ठेवतो, प्रक्रियात्मक विलंबावर नाही. मी चुकीसाठी शून्य सहनशीलतेवर विश्वास ठेवतो, सततच्या संधीवर नाही. मी मानतो की प्रत्येक नागरिक अन्यायाचा दोषी आहे, जर तो कृतीऐवजी आराम निवडतो.

म्हणून मी प्रतिज्ञा करतो:

न्यायालयात, समाजात, संवादात — आवाज उठवेन

भारत में कानूनों की कमी नहीं है। कमी है सही स्थान पर तार्किक सोच रखने वाले लोगों की, और साहस व स्पष्टता से कार्य करने वाले नागरिकों की। चाहे चुने गए हों या नियुक्त, जिनके पास अधिकार है उन्हें उसे सही, न्यायसंगत और समय पर उपयोग करना चाहिए। लेकिन केवल अधिकार से राष्ट्र नहीं बनता — उसके लिए सिद्धांतों से प्रेरित सोच आवश्यक है।

मैं प्राकृतिक न्याय में विश्वास करता हूँ, प्रक्रियात्मक देरी में नहीं। मैं गलत कार्यों के प्रति शून्य सहनशीलता में विश्वास करता हूँ, बार-बार मौक़ा देने में नहीं। मैं मानता हूँ कि हर नागरिक अन्याय का दोषी है, यदि वह आराम को कार्रवाई पर प्राथमिकता देता है।

इसलिए मैं प्रतिज्ञा करता हूँ:

अदालतों में, समाज में, संवादों में — आवाज़ उठाऊँगा
