Clarification on Notice for Annual General Meeing:

The Length of Notice for an Annual General Meeting is 21 Clear Days (Same that of the number mentioned in the Companies Act, 1956).

However, for Section 8 companies, the length of notice was reduced to 14 Clear Days.

Secondly, AGM Notice can now be sent through Electronic Medium also.
