Job Summary: We’re looking for a dedicated Tele calling Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage a team of tele callers. As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for driving the team’s performance, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and helping to achieve sales and service targets.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and supervise a team of tele callers to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Train and mentor new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve skills and productivity.
- Monitor calls and provide feedback to maintain high service standards.
- Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Generate performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to align goals and strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 2+ years in a tele calling or sales role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and call management tools.
- Personality: Enthusiastic, driven, and able to work well under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (preferred but not required).
