`Summary`
This role provides crucial administrative, organisational, and sales support functions essential to the efficient operations of our sales team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, is highly organised, and demonstrates the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role directly contributes to lead management, appointment generation, target tracking, creating presentations, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
`Lead Management`
1. Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead records in the company CRM system.
2. Qualify leads through initial outreach (phone, email).
3. Schedule appointments and demonstrations for potential clients.
4. Track and report on lead conversion rates.
`Appointment Creation`
1. Coordinate calendars and schedules for sales team members.
2. Schedule client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared.
3. Book travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
`Coordination with Sales Team`
1. Facilitate effective communication between sales team members, clients, and other departments.
2. Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and document preparation.
3. Attend sales meetings to record minutes and action items.
`Target Vs. Achievement Monitoring`
1. Collect and track sales performance data.
2. Generate regular reports on sales targets, achievements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Assist in identifying areas for sales growth and improvement.
`Assisting Management Team`
1. Provide general administrative support to the sales management team.
2. Draft correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
3. Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned.
`Customer Relationship Management`
1. Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
2. Provide sales support by processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing customer accounts.
3. Contribute to after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
`Creating PowerPoint Presentations`
1. Design and develop visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations for sales and marketing purposes.
`Requirements`
`Education:`
1. Any graduate or postgraduate degree. Higher preference will be given to candidates who are management graduates.
2. 1-2 years proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
3. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Experience with CRM systems is a strong advantage.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
7. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
8. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team.
9. Nature: Calm and composed with a high maturity level.
10. Age: Female candidates between the age group of 30 to 45 years.
