Chain guide: The chain guide guarantees the perfect chain entry and exit.

load Chain: imported grade 80 surface hardened for long life & wear resistance.

Chain Collector: Made up of high grade wear and impact resistant suitable safe storing.

Control: Contactor control 24VAC 50Hz with the ergonomic- push-button switch. Emergency stop as standard.

Hook block: High resistance hook with safety latch. The hook rotates on a bearing, located in the steel case.

Hoist Drive: Precision cut case hardened alloy steel gears, high grade grease lubricated for long life and noiseless operation.

load Chain Wheel: Five pocket machined & hardened load chain wheel for smooth load handling and prevents overriding of load chain.

Overload protection: Slipping clutch protects the hoist from mechanical overload. The slipping clutch is adjustable from the outside.

Rotary gear limit switch: A limit switch installed on hoist, limiting the hook path upwards and downwards. It is possible to set intermediate positions, 24VAC 50Hz besides the upper and lower ones.

Hoist Body: Light and compact body with gravity die cast high grade aluminum alloy. Motor: cylindrical sliding rotor brake motor, with single speed or double speed. The motor is flange-mounted to the body of the hoist. Asbestos-free brake. Designed for high number of cyclic operations.
