PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PHYSICAL SHARES IN LISTED COMPANIES ALREADY FROZEN BY THE RTA W.E.F 1ST JAN 2024 WHERE KYC / BANK / NOMINEE DETAILS NOT UPDATED BY SHAREHOLDERS

PLEASE NOTE THAT Frozen folios shall be referred by the RTA / listed company to the Administering Authority Under the Benami Transactions (Prohibitions) Act, 1988 and/or
Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, if they continue to remain frozen as
on December 31, 2025.

Furnishing of PAN, KYC details and Nomination by Holders of Physical Securities.

It shall be mandatory for all holders of physical securities in listed companies to
furnish PAN, Nomination, Contact details, Bank A/c details and Specimen signature
for their corresponding folio numbers. The detailed requirements are as per
Annexure – A.

5. Freezing of Folios without PAN, KYC details and Nomination.

5.1.The folios wherein any one of the cited documents/details as in para – 4 above are
not available on or after October 01, 2023, shall be frozen by the RTA.

5.2.The security holder(s) whose folio(s) have been frozen shall be eligible:

5.2.1. to lodge grievances or avail any service request from the RTA only after
furnishing the complete documents / details as mentioned in para 4 of this
Circular.

5.2.2. for any payment including dividend, interest or redemption payment in
respect of such frozen folios, only through electronic mode with effect from
April 01, 2024. An intimation shall be sent by the Listed Company to the
security holder that such payment is due and shall be made electronically
only upon complying with the requirements stated in para 4 of this Circular.

5.3.Frozen folios shall be referred by the RTA / listed company to the administering
authority under the Benami Transactions (Prohibitions) Act, 1988 and/or
Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, if they continue to remain frozen as
on December 31, 2025.

5.4.The RTA shall revert the frozen folios to normal status upon receipt of all the
documents/details as in para – 4 above.

अक्षय तृतीया की कथा

जव भारत में भरत चक्रवर्ती का शासन हुआ करता था और राजा ऋषभदेव उनके पिता थे जो कि इस जैन धर्म के काल के प्रथम तीर्थंकर थे

नीलाजंना का नृत्य देखते हुए वैराग्य हो गया था तभी समस्त राजपाट त्याग कर वन में आत्म अराधना के उद्देश्य से जिन मुनि दीक्षा धारण कर वन को चले गए

उनके साथ चार हजार राजाओं ने भी दीक्षा ले ली एक वार जो मुद्रा मुनि ऋषभदेव ने धारण की तो सर्दी गर्मी भूख प्यास सवकों जीत कर इन्द्रियों का दमन कर तपस्या में वैठ गए उन्हें शरीर से मोह नहीं था

ऐसा एक दिन नहीं दो दिन नहीं छ माह तक मुनि ऋषभदेव देव कठोर तप अराधना करते रहे

छ महीने वाद जव ऋषभदेव अपने ध्यान को रोकते है तव ऐसा विचार करते हैं

इस काल में किसी को आहार देने की विधी का वोध ही नही है अतः असि मसि कृषि शिल्प कला वाणिज्य की शिक्षा देने के पश्चात अव दानतीर्थ आहार दान की स्थापना का कार्य होना चाहिए

फिर आहार हेतु नगर में प्रवेश करते हैं आहार मुद्रा धारण कर जव नगर में प्रवेश करते हैं तव नगरवासी आनन्द से भर उठते हैं क्यों ❓

क्यों कि आज उनके सामने तीर्थंकर मुनि राज का प्रवेश जो हुआ है लोगों के आनन्द का कोई पार नहीं था

छ महीने वाद तीर्थंकर के दर्शन का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हो गया है

नगर में ढिंढोरा पिट गया सभी लोग अपने अपने घरों के वहार खड़े हो गए सभी भगवान को भोजन के लिए आमंत्रित करने लगे

लेकिन यह सही विधी थोड़े ही थी कोई कहता है मेरे घर आईए मेरे घर में अनेकानेक अत्यंत पवित्र मिष्ठान आपका इन्तजार कर रहे है

आप नग्न क्यों है वस्त्र धारण कीजिए

कोई सम्पत्ति देने को उत्सुक हैं

यहां तक कि नगर के सेठ जी अपनी वेटी के साथ खड़े हैं

और मुनि भगवान से कहते हैं मेरी वेटी से विवाह कर लीजिऐ

और इस सारी सम्पत्ति को भोगिऐ

अव इन विचारों को क्या मालुम जिनकी सेवा स्यंव सौधर्म इन्द्र किया करता हो ऐसे ऐसे भोगों को त्याग कर मुनि हुऐ है

उन्हें विषय भोगों की दरकार नहीं

लेकिन प्रजा को आहार विधी का सच्चा ज्ञान ना था

इस तरह छ महीने व्यतीत हो गए

उस समय हस्तिनापुर में राजा सोमप्रभ वहां के राजा हुआ करते थे

इनका छोटा भाई था जिसका नाम कुमार श्रेयांस था

जव मुनि ऋषभदेव हस्तिनापुर के समीप होते हैं

तो रात्रि में श्रेयांस कुमार सात मंगल स्वप्न देखते है
1 सुमेरूपर्वत
2 सिंह
3 वैल
4 कल्पवृक्ष
5 सूर्य चन्द्रमा
6 समूद्र
7 भूत जाति के व्यन्तर देवो की मूर्तियां

सुवह होते ही कुमार श्रेयांस इन स्वप्नों को राजा सोमप्रभ और पुरोहित जी को वताते है

और उनका फल जानने की इच्छा करते हैं तव पुरोहित जी कहते हैं

तुम्हारे अति पुण्य का उदय आने वाला है तुम्हें तीर्थंकर परमात्मा के दर्शन का अतिशीघ्र ही लाभ मिलने वाला है

दोनों भाई सपनों की चर्चा करते हुए वैठै ही थे कि इतने में नगर में मुनिराज ऋषभदेव का मंगल आगमन हो गया

ऐसी खवर उनके पास तक पहुंचती है उनके आवागमन के साथ ही नगर में कोलाहल मच जाता है

सभी जन आनंद आश्चर्य से भर उठते हैं

और हस्तिनापुर अव मुनि भगवान ऋषभदेव की जय कार से गुजर उठता है

और सम्पूर्ण नगर में विहार करते हुए भगवान ऋषभदेव राज मंदिर में प्रवेश करते है

राजा सोमप्रभ और श्रेयांस कुमार को मुनि के आगमन का समाचार प्राप्त होता है

और वे अतिशीघ्र ही भगवान के सामने जाकर खड़े हो जाते हैं

ये थी वह घडी जव मुनिराज अपना प्रथम पारणा ग्रहण करने वाले हैं

दोनों भाई भगवान के चरणों का प्रक्षालन करते हैं

आहार के पूर्व की विधी को पूर्ण करते हुए असीम आनन्द को प्राप्त कर रहे होते हैं

भगवान का रुप देखते ही श्रेयांस कुमार को जाति स्मरण हो जाता है

कि पूर्व भव में ऋषभ देव वज्रजंघ राजा की पर्याय में थे

तव विदेह क्षेत्र की पुन्डिरिकनी नामक नगरी में श्रेयांस कुमार उनकी प्रिय पत्नि श्री मति के रुप में हुआ करती थी

क्या समझे भगवान आदिनाथ और राजा श्रेयांस इससे पहले भव में पति पत्नी थे

उसी भव में इन दोनों पति पत्नी ने दो चारण ऋद्धिधारी मुनियों को आहार दान दिया था

आहार की विधी सम्पन्न कर कुमार श्रेयांस और राजा सोमप्रभ आहार करा कर दान तीर्थ का प्रवर्तन करते हैं

जिनके यहां भगवान का आहार होता है उसी समय पंचाश्चर्य होते हैं

1 आकाश से फूलों की वर्षा होती है
2 मन्द मन्द सुगन्धित हवा चलती है
3 सम्पूर्ण प्रथ्वी भगवान की जयकार से गूंज उठती है
4 रत्नों की वर्षा होती है 5 और धन्य है यह जीव धन्य है यह पात्र ऐसा नाद सुनाई देने लगता है

सम्पूर्ण नगर स्वमेव वृद्धि को प्राप्त करता है

आकाश से देवाधि मुनिराज मुनि ऋषभदेव तथा राजा कुमार श्रेयांस की भक्ति करने लगते हैं

इस तरह मुनि ऋषभदेव प्रथम पारणा राजा सोमप्रभ तथा कुमार श्रेयांस के द्वारा वैशाख शुक्ल तृतीया को आहार ग्रहण करते हैं

जिस हम अक्षय तृतीया के नाम से जानते है आज हमें समझ आया कि आज के दिन हर धर्म के लोग दान देने में इतना महत्व क्यों रखते हैं

आज सव जगह दान की प्रवृत्ति देखी जाती है क्यों कि आज के दिन ही दानतीर्थ आहार दान की स्थापना जो हुयी थी

जो कि मुनि ऋषभदेव ने की थी इस प्रकार अक्षय तृतीया पर्व एक बहुत ही मंगलमय पर्व है

इस प्रकार आज हमने अक्षय तृतीया के इतिहास को जाना....

Attention of the Holders of Securities in Physical Mode is invited to Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated November 3, 2021 and clarification vide Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/687 dated December 14, 2021 issued by SEBI.

SEBI vide these Circulars have mandated the furnishing of PAN, Address with PIN code, Email address, Mobile Number, Bank Account details, Specimen Signature and Nomination by holders of physical securities.

Effective January 1, 2022, Grievance Redressal / Service Requests can be availed with the RTA only after the required Documents / Complete data as mandated are furnished for physical folios.

*If any ONE of the cited documents / details as enunciated in the said circular are NOT available on or after April 1, 2023, the folios shall be Frozen by the Listed Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA)*

Unless the aforesaid requirements are complied with, the security holders in the frozen folios shall NOT be eligible:

A. To lodge any grievance or avail service request from the RTA.

B. To receive any payment including dividend, Interest or Redemption Amount (which would be only through Electronic Mode).

*Non-Compliant Frozen folios shall be referred by the RTA / Listed Company to the Administering Authority under the Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act, 1988 and or Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002, if they continue to remain frozen as on December 31, 2025.*

REVISED SEBI GUIDELINES :PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PHYSICAL SHAREHOLDERS WILL HAVE TO UPDATE KYC DETAILS AND NOMINATION FORM. COMPANY WILL ENTERTAIN COMPLAINTS ONLY AFTER UPDATING KYC DETAILS AND NOMINATION DETAILS..

As per the SEBI direction, UN-Encashed Dividend amount is now to be Directly Credited into the Investor’s Bank Account only.

All Unpaid or Unclaimed Dividends are Required to be Transferred by the Company to the IEPF established by the Central Government, after the completion of SEVEN Years. Further, According to the Rules, the SHARES in respect of which Dividend has not been Paid or Claimed by the Shareholders for SEVEN Consecutive Years or more shall also be Transferred to the Demat Account created by the IEPF Authority in accordance with the Rules.
