Kerala Financial Corporation The Kerala Financial Corporation (KFC), a PSU, is a state-owned financial corporation. Its primary goal is to accelerate the industrial growth of Kerala.

KFC was established by the GoK as per the State Financial Corporations Act of 1951, passed by the Parliament , to accelerate the industrial growth of Kerala. ed later, in 1953, as the Travancore Cochin Financial Corporation. Following the state's reorganization in 1956, it was renamed the Kerala Financial Corporation. Now, KFC has 16 Branch Offices with its Headquarters at Thiruvananthapuram and Zonal Offices at Kozhikode, Ernakulam, and Thiruvananthapuram. The provisions of the SFCs Act 1951, as amended in 2000, control and guide the Corporation's functions. The main objective of KFC is to rapidly industrialize the state by extending financial assistance to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the manufacturing and service sectors. The SFCs Act empowers KFC to formulate suitable loan schemes to achieve these objectives. Since its inception, KFC has disbursed over Rs. 3000 Crores to more than 40,000 projects across the state. The Corporation is the first Public Sector Undertaking in Kerala and the first SFC in India to initiate Corporate Social Responsibility activity. As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, KFC has set up KFC-CARE (Centre for Assistance and Rehabilitation) to rehabilitate and serve the marginalized sections of the community.

Kerala Financial Corporation is honoured to receive the Iconic Visionary Award for 'Excellence in Financial Support (Food & Beverage Sector)' at the Hues of Life Annual Celebration in Thiruvananthapuram.

The prestigious award was presented by the Smt. J. Chinjurani, Hon'ble Minister for Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development, and received by Sri. Prakash V S, Deputy General Manager, on behalf of KFC.

The grand event was chaired by Smt. P. Satheedevi, State Women's Commission Chairperson, in the presence of esteemed chief guests Sri. S. N. Raghuchandran Nair (President, Trivandrum Chamber of Commerce), Sri. Vikas Aggarwal (Executive Director, BNI Trivandrum), and Sri. Kowdiar Dharman (Director, Kerala Forest Industries Limited).

മുതിർന്ന പൗരന്മാർക്കായി ആധുനികമായ ഒരിടം; കരുതലിന്റെ പുതിയ ചുവടുവെപ്പുമായി സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ ✨

​ വയോജനങ്ങളുടെ ക്ഷേമത്തിനായി വിപ്ലവകരമായ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടുള്ള പ്രഖ്യാപനവുമായി 2026-27ലെ സംസ്ഥാന ബജറ്റ്. ആധുനിക സൗകര്യങ്ങളോടു കൂടിയ റിട്ടയർമെന്റ് ഹബുകളും കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി ലിവിംഗ് സെന്ററുകളും കേരളത്തിൽ വ്യാപകമാക്കുന്നതിനായി കേരള ഫിനാൻഷ്യൽ കോർപ്പറേഷൻ (KFC) വഴി വായ്പാ പദ്ധതി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.

​പദ്ധതിയുടെ സവിശേഷതകൾ:

✅ ₹20 കോടി വരെ വായ്പ: റിട്ടയർമെന്റ് ഹബുകളും കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി ലിവിംഗ് സെന്ററുകളും നിർമ്മിക്കാൻ ഉദാരമായ വായ്പ.

✅ പലിശ സബ്‌സിഡി: ആദ്യ രണ്ട് വർഷം 3% പലിശ സബ്‌സിഡി സർക്കാർ നൽകുന്നു.

✅ ₹100 കോടി വിഹിതം: ഈ പദ്ധതിക്കായി കെ.എഫ്.സി വഴി 100 കോടി രൂപയാണ് വകയിരുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

​വാർദ്ധക്യം വെറുമൊരു വിശ്രമകാലമല്ല, മറിച്ച് സന്തോഷത്തോടെയും അന്തസ്സോടെയും ജീവിക്കാനുള്ള ഒരു 'രണ്ടാം ഇന്നിംഗ്‌സ്' ആണ്.
