Gnanam School of Business organized the Inaugural function of the Finance club of GSB. which was inaugurated by Mr. T.G. Senthilvelan, Assistant Vice - President - Business Development, MCX - India Ltd, Chennai on 18/11/2016. The inauguration was started in the august presence of the Chairman of Gnanam School of Business, Shri. S.P.Selvaraj, and Chief Executive Officer of Gnanam School of business, Dr. S.P.S Arul Doss.

Finrosta, the finance club of GSB was inaugurated with the installation of office bearers for the year 2016-17 in the presence of convener Dr. Ananth, Associate professor. The members of the club presented mile stones and achievements in the form of Annual Report. The club members also presented their achievements and service done through the Bank of Finrosta.

Mr. T.G. Senthilvelan in his address gave insight on various opportunities available for the students in different specializations like Mutual funds, warehouse department, IT department, Fund houses and Exchanges. He also explained briefly about the organization structure, distribution channel and the size of people involved in MCX and their salary pattern for various designations. He gave basic ideas of instruments in financial market like Cash market, Future and option. This kind of programmes conducted in GSB to kindle the thoughts and ideas of students.
