Assist walk-in customers in filling forms, passbook printing, and queue management
Guide customers in using ATMs, cash deposit machines (CDMs), and SBI YONO App
Help senior citizens and differently-abled individuals with banking services
Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth front-desk operations
Raise service requests or complaints in the system when needed
Maintain a helpful and courteous environment for all customers
