50 items to remain in 28% bracket

GST Council decides to keep only 50 items, mostly demerit, sin and luxury goods in top 28% bracket. Lower 18% GST will be levied on chewing gums, chocolates, after shave, deodorant, washing power, detergent, marble.

സർക്കുലർ 8/2017 പ്രകാരം ആനുവൽ റിട്ടേൺ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി ജൂണ് 15 വരെ നീട്ടി നൽകി. ജിഎസ്ടി വരുന്ന തിനാൽ ഇനി കൂടുതൽ നീട്ടി നൽകാനാവില്ലെന്നു സർക്കുലർ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു.

ക്ലോസിംഗ് സ്റ്റോക്ക് 15/6/17 നു മുൻപ് ഫയൽ ചെയ്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ NIL ആയി കണക്കാക്കും.
