The talk will look to examine the issue of corporate governance as a creator of investment value through select examples from within the Indian corporate firmament.
Mr Hasurkar is presently Managing Partner at Mergen Capital Advisors and has over 29 years of experience in investment banking, fund-raising from capital markets, corporate lending, project financing, and project development and operations with the ICICI and IL&FS Groups in senior positions. His focus areas are project finance, risk and corporate governance.
