🎬 Finance Paulified!
Client Call #31: Axis Max Life Smart VIBE Plan 📉
Policy Snapshot :
• ₹1.55 lakh yearly premium
• 10-year payment term
• Policy term: 15 years
• Future income for 10 years
• ₹17 lakh life cover + multiple riders
On paper, the policy looks loaded with benefits:
Income benefits, boosters, milestone payouts, riders, etc.
But the IRR came out to around 4.24%.
If returns are not beating inflation, your money is not truly growing.
That’s why insurance and investment should usually stay separate.
• Buy insurance for protection
• Invest separately for wealth creation

🎬 Finance Paulified!
Client Call #30: SBI Life Smart Platina Plus 📄
Policy Snapshot :
• ₹2 lakh yearly premium
• ₹22 lakh life cover
• Guaranteed income payout for 15 years
One thing nobody explains properly while selling policies:
What is the actual return? 🤔
After separating insurance cost from investment part,
the IRR came out to around 6.23%.
Compared to many traditional guaranteed plans, this is still better.
But does it beat inflation? 📉
If your investment is not beating inflation, is your wealth really growing?.

🎬 Finance Paulified!
Client Call #29: Max Life Smart Wealth Plan 📄
Policy Snapshot :
• ₹1.35 lakh yearly premium
• 6-year payment term
• 30-year income payout
• Bought at age 56
On paper, the plan looked attractive with “guaranteed income” for 30 years.
But after separating the insurance cost from the investment part…
the IRR came out to around 5.41%. 📉
The biggest issue?
Client had no idea about the actual returns.
Nobody explained it properly.
At 56, already retired with pension and goals met, did he really even need insurance? 🤔
This is why transparency matters.
Before buying any policy, understand the product completely.

🎬 Finance Paulified!
Client Call #28: Tata AIA Fortune Guarantee 📄
Policy Snapshot :
• ₹80,000 yearly premium
• 12-year payment term
• 13-year policy term
• Maturity amount around ₹13.8 lakhs
One thing nobody tells while selling policies:
What is the actual return? 🤔
After separating insurance cost from investment part,
the IRR came out to around 5.07%. 📉
Now compare that with inflation.
If your investment is not beating inflation,
is your wealth really growing?
The biggest problem today is that people don’t even know what returns they are getting in these policies.
Always check the actual IRR before buying any policy.

🎬 Finance Paulified!
Client Call #26: ICICI Pru Saving Suraksha 📄
Policy Snapshot :
• ₹96,386 yearly premium
• 10-year payment & policy term
• Life cover around ₹9.6 lakhs
• Maturity benefit + guaranteed additions + bonuses
One thing I liked?
The policy wording was quite transparent and easy to understand. 👏
But after calculations,
the IRR came out to around 4.8%.
Even after assuming higher bonuses, returns were around 5.45%. 📉
The real issue is not always the policy…
It’s whether the customer was properly told about the actual returns or not.
Transparency matters. Understanding matters even more. 🤓

🎬 Finance Paulified!
Client Call #25: Tata Smart Value Income Plan 📄
Policy Snapshot :
• ₹1 lakh yearly premium
• 12-year payment term
• Policy term: 31 years
• ₹13 lakh life cover
• Monthly cash bonus around ₹3,000
On paper, it may look attractive:
Cash bonuses + maturity amount = “money doubled” feeling.
But after calculations,
the IRR came out to around 5.36%. 📉
Now compare that with inflation.
If your investment is not beating inflation, your money is not really growing.
That’s why insurance and investment should usually be kept separate.
• Buy term insurance for protection
• Invest separately for wealth creation
Before buying any policy, always check the IRR. 🤓

🎬 Finance Paulified!
Client Call #24: ICICI Prudential Gold Plan 🪙
Policy Snapshot :
• ₹5 lakh yearly premium for 10 years
• Policy term: 29 years
• Death cover: ₹67 lakhs
• Maturity benefit in 2053 with bonus additions
After evaluating the policy with generous bonus assumptions,
the IRR came out to around 5.39%. 📉
Now think about this:
Average inflation in India is around 6%.
That’s the difference between: Saving money vs Creating wealth
Before buying any plan, always ask:
• What is the actual IRR?
• Is it beating inflation?
• Am I investing or just saving?

🎬 Finance Paulified!
Client Call #23: HDFC Life Sanchay Plus Plan 🤔
Policy Snapshot :
• ₹10 lakh yearly premium
• 10-year payment term
• Guaranteed income for 30 years
• Full ₹1 crore premium returned at the end
IRR was around 7% guaranteed. ✅
He had properly divided his investments into Mutual Funds, Share Market, ULIPs, Guaranteed products for stability
That’s what an informed investor looks like.😎
Not everyone wants market risk.
For risk-averse investors, guaranteed fixed-income products can make sense.
But before buying any policy, always ask:
• What is the actual IRR?
• Will it beat inflation?
A policy becomes a problem only when it is sold without transparency.🤓

Client Call #22: Bank Mis-selling ⚠️
Client went for an FD.
Bank sold insurance policies instead.
One year later, they discovered:
“FD nahi hui… policy kaat di gayi.”
Two policies. Huge premiums.
One even had a 41-year term for a 59-year-old person. 😳
Worst part?
Early surrender meant massive losses.
This is why blindly trusting “bank recommendations” can be dangerous.
Always read:
• Policy bond
• Product type
• Lock-in & surrender terms
• IRR / actual returns
If you feel mis-selling happened,Free Look Period can save you.
Never sign or share OTPs without understanding the product.

🎬 Finance Paulified!
Client Call #21: Bajaj Allianz POS Goal Suraksha 📉
Another “guaranteed” plan… but let’s see the truth.
Policy snapshot:
• Premium: ₹1.5L/year (12 yrs)
• Term: 20 years
• Maturity: ~₹41.6L
After adjusting insurance cost,
IRR comes to ~5.9%.
Yes, it’s guaranteed…
but guaranteed what?
Returns that may not even beat inflation.
Sometimes “safe” isn’t actually safe for your wealth.
