Job Description
Reviewing resumes and applications
Conducting interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process from executive level to top level
Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
Handling attendance management , Leave management
Responsible for joining formality to Exit formality process
Provide HR training to new joinee
Maintain the HR database.
HR Operations day to day activities
Salary: INR As per the Industry Standards.
