Day 1: Khamoshi ki Taqat (The Power of Silence)

​Aaj se maine apni life ke ek naye safar ki shuruat ki hai—ek "Daily Journaling" journey.
​Ek banker hone ke naate, meri zindagi aksar targets, numbers aur branch ke chamakte huye screens ke beech ghumti hai. Lekin pichle kuch dino mein, maine ek bahut badi baat seekhi hai: Jab aapka maqsad bada ho, toh logon ke shor (distractions) par dhyan dene ka waqt hi nahi hota.

​Maine faisla kiya hai ki ab se main apni energy faltu ki baaton mein waste nahi karunga. Main apne kaam mein itna busy aur focused rahoonga ki baaki cheezein apne aap maayane (meaning) kho dengi. "Silent, focused, and unstoppable" hona hi mera ab naya motto hai.
​Banking sirf transaction nahi hai, yeh discipline aur khud par control rakhne ka naam hai.

🌟 Motivational Story: "Bamboo Tree Patience"

Ek Chinese bamboo tree ko grow karne ke liye pehle 5 saal tak roz paani dena padta hai, par us waqt zameen ke upar kuch bhi nahi dikhta. Log sochte hain ki ye bekaar hai. Lekin 5 saal ke baad, sirf 6 mahine mein woh tree 90 feet tak bada ho jata hai.

Message: Sabra rakho, apna effort lagate raho. Growth hamesha visible nahi hoti, par jab waqt aata hai to success dhamaka karke saamne aati hai.

🌟 Bihar to Rajkot — 2200 KM of Growth and Resilience

I’m Pappu Kumar Sah, originally from Samastipur, Bihar. My journey has been one of challenges, perseverance, and transformation.

I began earning in 2013, while pursuing my B.Sc. Part‑2, during a difficult phase for my family. My father’s health declined, my grandfather fell ill, and our financial condition worsened. My dream of becoming an engineer faded, but my determination didn’t.

🚀 Beginning — Direct Selling

I started my career in direct selling, working across almost every district of Bihar. I supported people, helped them find employment, and achieved remarkable milestones:

● Bought my first Alto 800 car in 2014

● Helped my team members achieve their own car dreams

● Built my own home

● Earned five international trips through performance

But later, the company’s leadership lost integrity, and fear spread among people. After the lockdown, I decided to leave in 2021.

🏢 — A Lesson Learned

Encouraged by some people, I started my own company. For two years, it grew rapidly. But soon, I realized that a few individuals were leading it in the wrong direction. After deep reflection, I decided to close it in 2023 — one of the hardest yet most important decisions of my life.

🏦 New Chapter — Axis Bank

After some time, I joined Axis Bank as an Assistant Manager on 8 August 2024, in Rajkot, Gujarat — nearly 2500 km away from my hometown.

But I kept my learning attitude alive, focused on customer interaction, prioritized service quality, and built strong relationships.

Gradually, recognition followed — rewards, appreciation, and growth. In just 18 months, I was promoted to Deputy Manager, earning a 5‑star rating.

पहाड़ी और पतंग 🪁🌄

एक छोटा सा लड़का था — आर्यन।
वह एक ऐसे शहर में रहता था जहाँ आसमान को देखने की फुर्सत किसी के पास नहीं थी।
हर कोई ऊँची इमारतों में रहता था, लेकिन “ऊपर” जाने का मतलब सबके लिए अलग था —
किसी के लिए पैसा, किसी के लिए शोहरत, और किसी के लिए बस दूसरों से आगे निकलना।

आर्यन अक्सर सोचता था, “ऊपर” जाने का असली मतलब क्या है?

एक दिन वह अपने दादा जी के साथ एक पहाड़ी पर गया।
दादा जी ने उसे एक पुरानी पतंग दी और कहा — “इसे उड़ाओ।”

आर्यन ने कोशिश की, लेकिन हवा बहुत कम थी।
पतंग बार-बार ज़मीन पर गिर जाती।
वह झुंझलाकर बोला — “दादा जी, लगता है ये पतंग ऊपर जाने के लायक ही नहीं है।”

दादा जी मुस्कुराए और बोले —
“आर्यन, पतंग तब तक ऊपर नहीं जाती जब तक उसे सही ‘विरोध’ (resistance) न मिले।
हवा जब सामने से आती है, तभी पतंग ऊँचाई छूती है।”

सीख: ज़िंदगी के ‘ऊपर’ जाने का राज़

1. मुश्किलें ही लिफ्ट हैं:
जैसे पतंग को हवा का थप्पड़ ऊपर उठाता है, वैसे ही हमारी मुश्किलें हमें बेहतर बनाती हैं।
अगर सब कुछ आसान होता, तो हम कभी सीख ही नहीं पाते।

2. डोरी का भरोसा:
पतंग आज़ाद लगती है, लेकिन वो एक डोरी से जुड़ी होती है।
हमारी ज़िंदगी में वो डोरी हमारे संस्कार और अपने लोग हैं।
डोरी टूट जाए तो पतंग थोड़ी देर और ऊपर जाएगी, लेकिन अंत में कहीं कचरे में गिर जाएगी।

3. नज़र आसमान पर, पाँव ज़मीन पर:
ऊपर वही टिकता है जिसका संतुलन सही हो।

हम सभी के लिए एक छोटी सी बात
ज़िंदगी में “ऊपर” उठने का मतलब हमेशा दूसरों से आगे निकलना नहीं होता।
कभी-कभी “ऊपर” उठने का मतलब होता है — अपने पुराने रूप से बेहतर बनना।
