Samir Agarwal, Director at Indcap Advisors, is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Chartered Financial Analyst with extensive experience in M&A, capital raising and corporate restructuring across domestic and international markets. He began his career at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, advising multinationals including JP Morgan Chase, American Express and McKinsey on cross-border tax and structuring matters, before founding Indcap Advisors. He has since led transactions across growth capital, M&A and special situations. Mr Agarwal is an IBBI-registered Insolvency Resolution Professional, co-founder of a Non-Banking Financial Company, angel investor, independent board member of a US$1.5bn company, and member of the CII Corporate Finance Task Force Group. He holds an executive education certificate from Columbia Business School.
