AIBOC द्वारा Perquisite tax liability के महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे को माननीय वित्त मंत्री महोदया के संज्ञान में लाया गया है। अर्थव्यवस्था की रीढ़ माने जाने वाले बैंक कर्मियों में बढ़ते असंतोष को देखते हुए सरकार को इस ज्वलंत मुद्दे, पांच दिवसीय बैंकिंग तथा अन्य लंबित मुद्दों के अविलंब समाधान के लिए कदम उठाने चाहिए।

अवगुण दूर कर गुणवान बनाए।
हर भटके को नया राह दिखाए।
जीवन के नित्य आदर्श सिखाए।

तब वही शिक्षक कहलाए।।

ज्ञान-विज्ञान की बात बतलाए।
हर कदम वह आगे आ जाए।
मंज़िल पहुँचने की पाठ पढ़ाए।
उनके चरणों में हम शीश नवाएं।
तब वही शिक्षक कहलाए।

गुरु-शिष्य का रिश्ता निभाए।
राष्ट्र निर्माण में हाथ बटाए।
छात्रों के लिए कवच बन जाए।
हर कष्ट का हरण कर जाए।
तब वही शिक्षक कहलाए।

जल प्रलय से हाहाकर है।

कहीं बादल फटा, कहीं पर्वत धंसा,
कहीं जल तांडव लगातार है।
उफनती नदियां, नाले और झरने,
जान निगलने को बेकरार है।
वायनाड की प्रकृति लीला देखकर,
हतप्रभ, आश्चर्य पूरा संसार है।
कई राज्यों में बारिश की आफत से,
मानवीय जन-जीवन लाचार है।
जल प्रलय से हाहाकार है।

*We all are aware that AIBOC Central Team as well as State Team always remain available n responds proactively for the rights n welfare of our Comrades.*

*AIPNBOA, Hisar* has raised a genuine concern of Bankers and State Unit immediately arranged a meeting of State leaders at Kurukshetra, attended by more than 80 leaders of all AIBOC affiliate Banks.
All leaders unanimously approved to meet the concerned authority for resolution of penalty imposed upon bankers by RTSC, Haryana.

Within three days, meeting has been arranged by our State Secretary Mr Jitender Siwach, n with the strong support of Respected Comrade Sanjay Sharma, Vice President, AIBOC n Comrade Priyavrat, President AISBOF, LHO CHD, AIBOC State President Comrade Umesh Bhatia, AIPNBOA Central leader Comrade Rai Singh, AGS CHD Zone Comrade Rajesh Pasrija, AIUBOF leader Comrade Deepak Garg besides some other leaders of affiliate Banks met with the Chief Comissioner
RTSC who listened carefully and also assured for resolution.

He has also shown Govt concern for cases where purchase has been made for more than a year n we couldn't disburse.

We have assured to sensitise field and it is also arrived at that if some adverse noticed after purchase, We should reject proposal immediately.

We have handed over our memorandum to Chief Commissioner who assured us full cooperation.

वायुवीरों की यही पहचान।

फन फैलाएं जब नीले नभ पर,
सुदृढ़तापूर्ण जैसे हिमवान।
थर्र-थर्र, थर्र-थर्र कांपे दुश्मन,
प्रचंड प्रहार मानो काल समान।
भारतीय सीमाओं का वायु प्रहरी,
गगनभेदी है अचूक निशान।
नाज है अपने वायु वीरों पर,
नीली वर्दी का मान-सम्मान।
नज़र कोई उठाए हम पर,
झपट आक्रमण काम तमाम।
वायुवीरों की यही पहचान।
