Shampoo manufacturing is a controlled batch mixing and finishing process designed to achieve the required cleansing performance, viscosity, appearance, fragrance, stability, and skin/hair compatibility. The process generally involves several carefully controlled stages from raw-material handling to final packaging.

๐น 5. Additives addition โ Preservatives, chelating agents, pearlizers, and other functional additives are added according to the formulation.
๐น 6. Fragrance & color addition โ Fragrance and color are introduced at an appropriate temperature and mixed gently to maintain product quality and stability.
๐น 7. Cooling โ The batch is cooled under controlled agitation. Temperature control is important before adding temperature-sensitive ingredients.
๐น 8. Quality check โ Parameters such as pH, viscosity, appearance, color, fragrance, density, and solid content are checked against the product specification.
๐น 9. Homogenization โ Homogenization helps achieve consistent composition, uniform texture, and improved product stability where required by the formulation.
๐น 10. Filtration โ The shampoo is filtered to remove undissolved particles or foreign matter and obtain a clean final product.
๐น 11. Filling & packing โ The finished shampoo is transferred to an automatic filling machine, filled into the required bottle sizes, capped, labeled, and packed.
๐น 12. Finished product โ Final quality approval is completed before the packaged shampoo is released for storage and distribution.
