No Vacancy in SBI

We can find no vacancy board hereafter . RBI in principal permitted SBI to start a Subsidiary company for handling routine transaction just like Banking Correspondents , now opening SB accounts , paying Govt pensions, Rythu Bandhu scheme payments etc ,including Clearing, Data entry operator jobs.

Only loans sanction, monitoring of loans and recovery of loans will be done by bank. EMI will be collected for all personal loans and agriculture loans repayment by the Subsidiary company.

The salary and perks of employees of Subsidiary will be less than SBI employees. It is practically Out Sourcing.

SBI chairman declared that staff cost is huge and they want to reduce the same. In some private banks Data Entry operators are not permanent staff, who handle clearing and credit entries and debit entries . Only the officer who Authorise these entries is regular staff.

So that hereafterwards the Retired posts of Clercks will not be filled for next 6 or 7 years.

It is guessed that Data Entry operator gets consolidated salary of Rs.20,000 per month and conveyance allowance Rs.2000. Mostly Women are selected for these posts.

*Apart from the Union of India, the NABARD and the Chairman of all 43 RRBs have been made Respondents in the case.*

Dear friends,

I am very much pleased to inform you following good news.

Hon'ble Division Bench of Madras High Court dismissed the Writ Appeal No 1135 of 2022 filed by Tamilnadu Gramin Bank against Order of Hon'ble Single Judge Bench on 10-06-2022.

Hon'ble Court directed the Bank to extend Computer Increment to the employees of of Tamilnadu Gramin Bank.

Judgement is based on the Order of Supreme Court in SLP 30288/2012 in which it was directed to implement the Order of Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka dated 22-03-2011 which attained finality.

Karnataka Judgement covered both Pension and the Computer Increment.
But Government implented Pension Scheme (though with so many Distortions and Deviations), it did not extended Computer Increment as per Settlement dated 29-10-1993.

This Judgement has given us further strength to fight for Computer Increment to all RRB Employees and may also help us in our Contempt Petition 76/2020(filed by AIRRBEA) before Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka

Further the Hon'ble Court recorded its observation in the Judgement as "The efforts of the appellant bank is to unnecessarily drag its employees to litigation". and also imposed the penalty of ₹ 10000/- on the Bank for casually filing the appeal.

Litigation started almost two decades back by erstwhile Pandyan Grama Bank Employees Association affiliated to AIRRBEA now carried out by our Tamilnadu Gramin Bank Employees Association.

Hearty Congratulations to all Functionaries of Tamilnadu Gramin Bank Units who carried this struggle from the days of Pandyan Gramin Bank.

Good News from TAMILNADU Unit..Regarding Computer increment case already we got favourable Judgement from Chennai High Court. But the TNGB Management moved for appeal for two times in Bench both the appeal has been dismissed. At any cost the TNGB Management should implement computer increment..
