Yummy Fish Cury ( saraswati style )

Ingredients-

Fish ( Rawas,pamfret,Halwa, or any small fish like saudali, pedwe....)

1) Fresh Coconut
2) Red dry chilli,
3) Garlic cloves
4) chopped onion
5) Black Paper
6) little salt
7) tamarind
8 ) Turmeric

Grind till fine pest,

Apply salt , turmeric, red chilli powder, little tamarind and 1 tsp grounded pest to fish.

Put a pan on the gas on a low fire, add oil. when
oil becomes hot add fish and stir with light hand, add remaking pest, stir.

Take fresh coconut add 3/4 garlic cloves , green chilli as per test . Add water and put in a mixer to take out the milk for fish gravy. Add in fish, add finely chopped green coriander.

Yummy fish curry is reddy.
