SWAVLAMBAN - an initiative of MVPM: Maheshwari Vidya Pracharak Mandal aims at transforming the lives of Maheshwari youths (Boys and Girls), who are deprived of education due to financial and other challenges, by taking total responsibility of grooming them, imparting skill based education, their lodging/boarding facilities and also assisting them in establishing themselves to become Atmanirbhar -
self-reliant. We strongly believe that these youths should be Atmanirbhar and we know that Atmasamman – self-respect comes only with Atmanirbharta – Self-reliant. With this aim, we touch lives of numerous Maheshwari youths by first identifying deserving and needy candidates, their inherent talents and interests, and then providing opportunities to groom and learn while making comfortable stay arrangements in Pune at MVPM’s hostels; guiding and mentoring as they move up the learning path and ensuring that they start earning a living by assisting them to set up a business or helping them with job opportunities.
