Eternity Circles was born out of the struggles & the need for support of its founding team. All entrepreneurs. In different business domains, at different stages of business success. All wanting to grow their own businesses. Not in isolation but in a community where respect, support & skill enhancement happens in a structured manner. Where the challenges of being a woman in business are understood
and addressed in an unbiased, scientific manner. Where profits grow as relationships deepen. Where time management is just as important as results. Where celebrations are communal as are business challenges. Where women entrepreneurs are honoured, strengthened and supported at their pace, in their preferred way. Members are at the heart of everything we do at Eternity Circles. We run two six-month long training programs in a year (January & June). Each program is a course that comprises of fortnightly classroom training sessions where women business owners receive:
1. Structured exposure to different aspects of running a business – managing people, materials, money, legal requirements & I.T
2. Real time feedback on their product or service offering, pricing & business support.
3. Ideas for new product development & innovation.
4. Online and realtime Word-of-Mouth marketing support.
5. Strategies to manage their emotions for business success.
6. Individual, focussed mentorship from the management team for a limited period after the course concludes.
7. Peer to peer member support for their business. Eternity Circles is managed by the following team of six members:
