1) Karnataka: A police constable Tippanna Alugur committed su***de in Bengaluru. His note mentioned torture & harassment by his wife and father-in-law.

2) Rajasthan: 3 Members of a family - a mother and her 2 sons - committed su***de in Jodhpur. Note mentioned torture by their daughter-in-law and her family.

In 2023, Supreme Court rejected a plea about setting up a National Commission for Men, despite being aware of the misuse of laws and the suffering of men in India.

Now, Atul Subhash's wife Nikita Singhania arrested from Gurugram in Haryana.

Her mother Nisha and her brother Anurag also arrested from Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh.

Atul committed su***de on 9th December. Despite public outrage, it took 7 days for police to arrest the accused.
