Congratulations to All Ex Servicemen Brothers Re-Employed in various banks.
Finally we succeeded in removing the hanging sword on our Pension DA( PCDA Circular 179). Friends Principle Bench of AFT New Delhi stayed the controversial circular. Friends can search the circular OA 109/2017 Ashwani Kumar & Ors V/s UOI & Ors for their satisfaction. I as Secretary General of AIEXBEF was first Petitioner and Organisation AIEXBEF is 8th Petitioner in the case.
It means all the registered members of AIEXBEF will come in the ambit of this decision.

Friends when we took the decision to file the case in AFT many in our team were also opposing few criticized even we were labelled as Non active, but maximum supported us to go ahead. In any court case No (R) No one can take guarantee. But I never left hope and keep on moving. The able guidance of our Legal head Shri SR Swami Ji and Shri Vinod Rana Ji were commendable. I especially thank to Bhai Jugendra Pal Singh who supported us out of way.
There were many good friends who were encouraging us and kept our moral high.

Many of our friends are not aware of bad impacts of this circular specially the new joinee.
Friends Circular 179 says if your pay is fixed with Pay in Band and Grade pay then it will be considered as Pay Protected and you are not eligible for DA on pension.
Where as Circular 165 says if your last pay drawn as per Last Pay Certificate is not protected even by 1 ruppee then it will be counted as Pay fixed at minimum of the pay scale. Means eligible for DA on pension.

I will request to all Ex Servicemen Brothers who are re employed in bank's to join the AIEXBEF to protect yourself from fear of DA cut on pension. This stay will provide protection to all new joinee who are registered members of AIEXBEF. All Friends are requested to contact the GS/President if Respective states for registration utilise this decision.
