Ministry Of Corporation Affairs Notification.

G.S.R. 700(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Specification of Definition Details) Rules, 2014, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.-

(1) These rules may be called Companies (Specification of
definition details) Amendment Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Companies (Specification of definition details) Rules, 2014,
in rule 2, in sub-rule (1), for clause (t), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-

“(t) For the purposes of sub-clause (i) and sub-clause (ii) of clause (85) of section 2 of the Act, paid up capital and turnover of the small company shall not exceed rupees four crore and rupees forty crore respectively.”.

G.S.R.625(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 128(1 & 3), 129(3), 133, 134, 135(4), 136(1), 137, 138 Read with section 469 of Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013).

The Central Government hereby make the following rule to amend the Companies (Account) Rules, 2014

1. Short title and commencement:

A. These rules may be called the Companies (Accounts) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2022.

B. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette

2. In the Companies (Accounts) Rule, 2014, in rule 3:

A. In sub rule (1), for the word "asscessible in India", the word "asscessible in India, at all times", shall be substituted

B. In sub rule (5), in the proviso, for the word "periodic basis" , the word "daily basis" shall be substituted

C. In sub rule (6), after clause (d) the following clause shall be inserted , namely:

"(e) where the service provider is located outside India, the name and address of the person in control of the books of account and other books and papers in India".
