आपने बीमा तो करा लिया पर क्या बीमा होने के बाद भी कंपनी नये नये तरीके से बीमा रिजेक्ट कर दे तो क्या करना चाहिए,

बीइंग स्पेशलिस्ट के नये अध्याय में आज समझते हैं कि यदि ऐसा हो तो क्या करना चाहिए

उपभोक्ता फोरम ने एक मामले में कागजातों को अधूरा पताकर रिजेक्ट किये गये एक क्लैम को ना केवल दिलाया है वहीं जो गैराज में पार्किंग जुर्माना और अन्य शुल्क लगे उनको भी उपभोक्ता को दिलाया है, उपभोक्ता फोरम में आये इस मामले में निजी क्षेत्र की बीमा कंपनी द्वारा क्लैम को रिजेक्ट कर दिया गया था, जिसमें ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस आदि को कारण बताकर क्लैम देने से मना कर दिया था,

उपभोक्ता को ऐसे मामले में तत्काल उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम के तहत उपभोक्ता फोरम में केस दर्ज कराना चाहिए।। बीमा कंपनी को ये अधिकार नही कि वो वैध पॉलिसी होने के बाद भी क्लैम रिजेक्ट करने के लिए बजह ढूंढे।।
