FMRRS

Financial Management Research & Resource Society (FMRRS) is a Society registered under Registration of Societies Act, 1860 with the Registrar of Societies, Delhi. It was the culmination of an attempt by the serving and retired members of the Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) to create an institution – a center of Excellence in the sphere of Public Financial Management. Its members number is at

present about 60, and these are all senior serving and retired ICAS officers who possess in-depth knowledge of public finance including experience of working with International Monetary Fund, World Bank and other International organizations. Besides, the Society has on its roll professional Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants with experience of work of the private sector.
