HUDCO convened its 56th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing, wherein Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, highlighted HUDCO’s strategic role in financing infrastructure for a Viksit Bharat. Despite global economic and geopolitical uncertainties during the year, HUDCO delivered its strongest year ever—financially and operationally—with record loan sanctions, disbursements and loan book, robust asset quality, and a record dividend recommended by the Board for shareholders.
HUDCO will continue to partner with States and cities through to accelerate urban infrastructure development. Leveraging its Navratna and NBFC-IFC status, the Company is expanding PPP participation across sectors, reviewing key policies, advancing asset monetisation and maintaining strong asset quality through proactive risk management.
As India urbanises rapidly, CMD Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha reaffirmed HUDCO’s unwavering commitment to financing resilient, inclusive and sustainable infrastructure across the country, with the larger objective of enhancing the quality of life for all citizens. He also expressed his sincere gratitude to the Hon’ble Minister of Housing & Urban Affairs and the officials of the Ministry, Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Finance, as well as other regulatory, financial and statutory institutions and all stakeholders, whose continued guidance, support and collaboration have contributed significantly to HUDCO’s sustained growth and success.
