Why we should take policy thru Agent not from online?

My name is Rahul. We were on Manali Tour during 31.03.15 to 05.04.15, I had booked my return ticket thru Travel Agent in Volvo Bus from Manali to Delhi. My bus time was 4pm. We reached Manali Private Bus stop at 3.30pm.
So many more passengers were also waiting. My Travel Agent has given me bus number. After few minutes, bus attendant came. Few passengers has shown tickets. Attendant told them, your bus has not yet reached, is delayed due to break problem. Now your bus time is on 10pm. They were shocked, because they were with small children with lots of luggage, they were thinking how they will spend 6hrs. That private bus stop was without any facility & it was far away from Manali city. I Shown my tickets, with my surprise he told, where is your luggage. I was happy. Later on I came to know that all passengers who had booked ticket thru online so called website, all shifted to 10pm bus & those who has purchased thru Travel Agents got the same bus.
Why? Because nobody was their to fight for passengers who has booked tickets online. They have to suffer a lot.
I have no issue with any website, but these are the practical problems, which may have to suffer.
If you take life insurance policy online, who will fight for you. If you miss a bus, not a big problem, but if your family will miss a claim Amount after your life, it's very very big problem. Think twice & take a decision to take LIC Policy from AGENT only.

Very important lesson to be learnt from today's sad demise Shri Gopinathji Munde.

1. Death can occur at any time.

2. Please increase ur life insurance cover by taking cheap term insurance policy.

(10-Lakh term insurance will cost Rs.500pm)(Age-35 term 25)

( A family man can spare Rs.500 for his wife and children easily)

3. Take 15-minutes time to think about ur very close relatives
(brothers/sister's husband and in-laws)
whom u can sms/meet for increasing their life insurance cover.

4. Simply meet ur close friends whom u meet /call or they are in ur whatsapp groups, and take their policy...

(NO QUESTION ASK...
Inform friend's wife or Parent why u are insuring him.)

5. List out ur good policyholders/clients and simply ask them "HAVE U SEEN TODAY's news of sudden death of Gopinathji Munde?"
Gopinathji's family can survive...
What about your family???

(Ask them can they afford Rs. 500pm for their wife and children for 10-Lakh insurance cover).

Lastly .....
Just ... for a minute.....
What Will u feel when any of ur close friend/relatives/clients/ would have been died suddenly today.......
(without sufficient insurance cover).

So start calling /messaging all for increasing life insurance cover..
