We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Calls: Respond to incoming calls and explain our products and services to customers.
- Understanding Customer Needs: Ask questions to understand customer specifications and resolve queries and issues related to our products and services.
- Maintaining Database: Regularly update and maintain our customer database.
