As part of its Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR) initiatives, Ashoka Business School organized an expert session on “Gender Sensitization” for students.

The session was conducted by Mr. Ajit Takke, Director & CEO, Poaceae Lifedesign (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., Nashik, who shared valuable insights on gender sensitivity, mutual respect, equality, and the importance of creating safe and inclusive environments in educational institutions and workplaces.

Through engaging discussions and real-life perspectives, students were encouraged to develop a deeper understanding of gender-related issues and their role in promoting empathy, dignity, and responsible behavior in society.

✨MBA Orientation Program | Batch 2026–28 | Ashoka Business School

Day 4 commenced with an inspiring session and Stationery Donation Drive organized under the ISR Cell. We were privileged to welcome Mr. Ashirwad Pawar from MD-Shrimati Garda Balsadan Trust, who shared the experiences and life stories of the girls residing at the orphanage. His heartfelt interaction deeply touched everyone present and highlighted the importance of empathy, gratitude, and giving back to society.

As part of the initiative, MBA students enthusiastically contributed stationery items for the children of the trust, demonstrating their commitment to social responsibility and community welfare.

The program was followed by an orientation to the various student clubs and activities at Ashoka Business School, encouraging students to actively participate in co-curricular and leadership opportunities throughout their MBA journey.

The day concluded with an insightful session by Mr. Tushar Patwardhan, who shared valuable perspectives on management and professional growth, followed by a series of engaging management games that fostered teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking among students.

Day 3 of the MBA Orientation Program 2026–28 at Ashoka Business School was filled with insightful interactions and engaging learning experiences.

The day began with inspiring alumni talks by Ms. Sejal Sonawane and Ms. Mansi Kabra, who shared their professional journeys, valuable experiences, and practical advice with the newly inducted MBA students. The Orientation Program for the MBA Batch of 2026–28 commenced with great enthusiasm and excitement. The day began with a warm welcome address by Honourable Dr. Narendra Telrandhe, Administrator, Ashoka Education Foundation, who welcomed the students and shared valuable insights about their transformative two-year journey at Ashoka Business School.
