SVC Bank successfully conducted its 120th Annual General Meeting on July 18, 2026, reaffirming its commitment to sustainable growth, digital transformation, and customer-centric banking. The meeting, chaired by Shri. Durgesh Chandavarkar, Chairman; was attended by the Board of Directors, Board of Management, senior management executives, shareholders, and staff members.

The meeting commenced with the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony at the august hands of Shri. Durgesh Chandavarkar, Chairman; Smt. Neela Mahadevia and Smt. Sujata Nadkarni, the Bank's long-standing customers and shareholders.

The Bank presented its Audited Financial Statements for F.Y. 2025–26 and highlighted key milestones from the year, including continued digital transformation, strengthened risk management practices, Branch expansion, and an unwavering focus on customer service and operational excellence.

The event was marked by a special felicitation ceremony, honouring Shri. Dinkar Bhavanishankar Burde, a centenarian, for his remarkable association with the Bank since 1958, at the hands of Shri. Durgesh Chandavarkar, Chairman; and Shri. Arun Mavinkurve, Vice Chairman.
