IPO UPDATE | ESDS Software Solution Limited

We are pleased to announce that Systematix Group is the Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM) to the IPO of ESDS Software Solution Limited, with the issue opening on August 28, 2026.

The IPO consists of a Fresh Issue aggregating to ₹720 crs at the upper price band, with a Post Issue Market Cap of ₹5,028 crs.

Price Band: ₹408 – ₹429 per Equity Share

The issue is scheduled to close on September 1, 2026, with listing expected on September 4, 2026.
